Fusion Probate undertakes regular reviews of the firm’s diversity in line with the requirements of the ICAEW.
An anonymous survey was sent out to all staff. It is clear from the results that staff members do not want to provide personal details, even in an anonymised format, as in very small firms this would be clearly identifiable as to who each respondent is. After speaking with the staff it was clear that they felt this was an intrusive and unnecessary activity and could not understand the need to report this kind of personal information.

Fusion Probate undertakes regular reviews of the firm’s diversity in line with the requirements of the ICAEW.
An anonymous survey was sent out to all staff. This year the staff completed the survey as requested by the ICAEW detailing their ethnic background, sexual orientation, gender, religious beliefs, neuro divergence and other extremely personal matters, which was then read and summarised by senior management. Obviously as there are only two members of staff this was impossible to anonymise as the senior management was a basically reading all of the personal and private data about the sole member of staff
In a perfect world of diversity, the ICAEW would like us to publish the data from the survey, but this would clearly provide personal data which could easily be tied to individual members of staff. As such we will provide an anonymous summary as follows:
Fusion Probate is perfectly diverse when it comes to gender. Fusion probate is not at all diverse when it comes to ethnic backgrounds, religion, sexuality, disability, or even socio economic background. To find out more, please check out the ‘our team’ section of the website.
